There is visible changes on the GUI (the actual size of the brush is now visible 24/7) and a new icon that activate the final function of the program ! The product of the program is much cleaner than v3.0 results ! BUT do you get what you pay for ? Well.
Still the ugly brush size icon that looks like a bad shaped circle. The size of the program: v3.0 is 5426 KB, but v3.1 is 7309 KB - It seems weird that those absolutely small changes can add 1883 KB to the program.
